We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vacier purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all jewelry and apparel items. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vacier boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
